Right now we have eaten a totallyepic healthy lunch in school. It was chickensalad, sause and sparkling lemon water. No did not get it in school so we went to a resturante near our school.

Slim arms:
This exercies is quite easy, you just wave your arms around in circels.
For beginners, do this 3x30 seconds
And when you want to speed up and get sweaty do this 3x1 minute
Strong arms:
Ofc, classic do this 3x30 reps
