What´s up for today? Well today I am going to first train with my horse and then train myself by running a Swedish mile. Today I am going to give you some easy training tips how to get nice skinny legs. Look at the picture and do as I write :)
You lay like on the picture and the lift your leg up and down. do it 10 times 3 times. On each leg. |
Do as the picture up and down. If you want to train more put something heavy in your hands and you will train both arms and legs more. do it 15 x 3. |
You stand like this straight in a minuet and then do it tree times. You train your arms, legs and tummy. |
You do like the picture and 10 times at each leg. depending on how hard you want to train you put as much weight in your hands as you want. |
Btw I saw some converse yesterday. Witch one do you guys prefer? The old ones or the new ones?
