Today!!!

Hello all readers!
What´s up for today? Well today I am going to first train with my horse and then train myself by running a Swedish mile. Today I am going to give you some easy training tips how to get nice skinny legs. Look at the picture and do as I write :)
You lay like on the picture and the lift your leg up and down. do it 10 times 3 times. On each leg.
 

Do as the picture up and down. If you want to train more put something heavy in your hands and you will train both arms and legs more. do it 15 x 3.




You stand like this straight in a minuet and then do it tree times. You train your arms, legs and tummy. 

You do like the picture and 10 times at each leg. depending on how hard you want to train you put as much weight in your hands as you want.
Now you only have to convince yourself to train and you will look hotter to the summer and of course you health will become better.

Btw I saw some converse yesterday. Witch one do you guys prefer? The old ones or the new ones?
